Spitzkohl & Chicory

I laughed when I saw this cabbage. It's called Spitzkohl. It's literally translated as pointy cabbage. Last week was the first time I cooked with spitzkohl and Chicory (not together). 

I'm amazed at how the food is cheaper here than in the States for fresh produce. 

5,73 euro ($7.17) for cabbage, Organic greens, a red beet, chicory and Koriander (Cilantro), and raspberries

I baked it in the oven with olive oil, Herb de provence, and a little salt and peppa. It was really good.
